·       MC (Management Committee) is only open to COST approved MC members and substitute members

·       General Assembly (GA) includes all Qualinet Participants and constitutes the plenary sessions to coordinate and organize WG meeting plans and quick reports.

·        STSM is the meeting that will discuss the Short Time Scientific Missions plans and procedures

·        IF is the meeting which will lauch the work to set up the Industrial Forum and to organize its meeting in September 2011

·       Training School is the meeting to discuss any self-funded training school in 2011 and planning for 2012 training school
