VENUE

Inside the city of Lisbon there are two main kinds of transportation:

Subway: Metropolitano de Lisboa (normally called Metro) and runs from 06:00 to 01:00 (http://www.metrolisboa.pt/index_uk.htm).

Buses: CARRIS covers almost all of Lisbon and runs from 06:00 to 23:00 (http://www.carris.pt/ingles/index-ig.html). Running hours are shown at bus stops.

A single bus ticket costs 1.00 € and 3 days ticket costs 5.65 €.

A single underground ticket costs 0.65 €, ten single tickets cost 5.10 € and a 7 days underground ticket costs 4.80 €.

A one day ticket for both underground and buses costs 2.75 €.

Instituto Superior Técnico is located between the subways stations Alameda and Saldanha or you take the buses number 7, 16, 18, 20, 22, 33, 40, 42, 107.
