Assessment Criteria for the Paper


The most relevant aspects for the assessment of the paper are (the following order is not related to priority):


1. Geral structure of the paper
    > sequence of the text (e.g., context, motivation, problem addressed, objectives, proposed solutions, market deployment, legal and sociological aspects, etc.); struture of the sections and subsections; relevance given to the audio and video issues

2. Technical depth and correction
    > technical relevance of the topic; depth/simplicity/clearness of the concepts and methods

3. Quality and clearness of the text
    > ortographic mistakes; clear and concise sentences; usage of structured text

4. Presentation of the paper
    > p.e. quality and clearness of the figures and charts; general look; usge of captions

5. Originality
 
   > any issue revealing originality to make the paper more appealing

6. Bibliography used and contacts made
    > quality and size of the bibliography; correction of the references

7. Correct usage of the given template
    > e.g. page, sections, figures and tables numbering; references along the text

 

Note: The students should thank in the paper to the persons who helped them with the information used in the paper, indicating the specific information and form of contact.

Note: The student should include their email in the paper to easy any posterior contacts.
