iPod Touch vs Microsoft Zune
Until recently, the only player among manufacturers MP3 player was the apple and turned the market upside down when it released the Touch. Only one company can compete with the iTouch. Microsoft has offered silver Zune which has clearly been engineered to drop Apple. So let's just leave all the prejudices and emotions out of the equation and try to see which of these devices is better. The two players only match up head-to-head in the 32GB size, where Apple's iPod sells for $299 and the ZuneHD sells for $290.
OLED technology
ZuneHD screen measures a slightly smaller 3.3 inches diagonally, it's uses cutting edge OLED technology (Organic light-emitting diode, display without a backlight, it can display deep black levels and can be thinner and lighter than liquid crystal displays, an OLED screen can achieve a higher contrast ratio than an LCD using either cold cathode fluorescent lamps, flexible plastic substrates), which delivers brightness and contrast unlike anything you can find in a LCD.
